To evaluate your current situation and opportunities to retrofit, we review available floorplan drawings, photos of current lighting and energy bills showing current energy usage.
Site Survey — Interviews and a detailed inventory help us frame our solutions.
Either in person or remotely, our team dives deeper into your property’s existing system to determine where maintenance, safety, and efficiency issues occur and how these can be addressed. In this step, our team will catalog the current lighting fixtures and conduct interviews with owners and employees.
Proposal — Cost and savings analysis informs and supports our technical recommendations. We provide a retrofit proposal for you that includes our custom LED lighting recommendations, well as projected cost savings, ROI, and increase in property value from the proposed new system. Our proposal is structured to support your evaluation and decision to move forward with confidence.
Installation — Turnkey or DIY support to implement your new lighting.
Our team will install your new lighting or provide technical support to your maintenance team or property managers so you can install and reduce your installation expense.
We stand by our products and provide exceptional service before and after the sale which typically includes a 3 to 5-year warranty depending on the product.
Rebate Support — Tracking and application of available power company rebates.
We provide support and turnkey rebate services in areas where rebates are available. Depending on your needs we can prepare and submit rebate applications for your LED upgrade”
